Back to Ordia

About

Engineering visibility without another meeting.

Ordia is a Slack-native tool that monitors your Jira board and GitHub repositories, then delivers a focused daily digest of blocked tickets, delayed pull requests, and sprint risk — so your team has clarity before standup, not during it.

What we do

Most engineering teams have good tooling. Jira tracks work. GitHub hosts code. Slack is where the team communicates. The problem is that none of these tools talk to each other about what is at risk — a ticket that has stopped moving, a PR that has been waiting three days for review, a blocker that nobody has escalated yet.

Ordia connects those signals and surfaces them automatically. Every morning, the team receives a digest in Slack that highlights the work that needs attention before it becomes a sprint failure.

Who we build for

We build for engineering leads and managers at small to mid-size software teams — people who are responsible for delivery but cannot spend their day reviewing Jira boards, pinging engineers for status, and manually tracking which PRs are blocking which tickets.

Teams using Ordia typically run 3 to 30 engineers, work in sprints, and have already connected Jira, GitHub, and Slack. Setup takes under five minutes.

Our approach

We do not add another dashboard. We do not require new workflows. The digest appears inside Slack — where the team already is — with just enough context to act.

Every feature we ship is evaluated against one question: does this reduce the coordination cost of shipping software?
